Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the Puja. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days to the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

If the Puja has already been performed, or if the Prasad has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund. However, if there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong name chanted), we will re-perform the Puja at no extra cost.
